STOVETOP TUNA CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 package wide egg noodles
  • 1/4 pound white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions then drain well.
  2. Combine all ingredients in another saucepan and heat through.
  3. Add noodles to tuna mixture and serve immediately.
