Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 Stick Butter or Margarine
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • --CHOCOLATE COATING--
  • 1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cake Paraffin Wax

Directions
  1. Soften butter or margarine to room temperature. Cream
  2. together butter or margaine and cream cheese. Add confectioners' sugar and any additional flavorings. Shape into eggs. Place on
  3. cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator
  4. at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. --CHOCOLATE COATING--
  6. Melt together in top of double boiler, chocolate chips and paraffin wax. Dip chilled eggs into chocolate mixture to coat.
