How to make it

  • In a quart saucepan over medium heat in hot salad oil,cook green onions untill tender and light brown.about 5 minutes
  • Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce,sherry,cornstarch,ginger and salt.
  • cook over medium high heat untill mixture boils and thickens slightly.
  • cook 1 minute stirring constantly
  • Refrigerate sauce{if not using right away.
  • Use sauce to brush on pork spare ribs, prok chops or chicken or Turkey parts during cooking
