Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz) rolls of Braunschweiger, softened
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup beer

Directions
  1. Combine the softened braunschweiger, cream cheese, and sor cream; beat until smooth.
  2. Add Worcestershire Sauce, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Gradually add the beer, mixing well.
  4. Serve with cracker or rye bread.
