- 2cups cooked chicken or turkey meat shopping list
- 1 large celery stick shopping list
- 1 large carrot shopping list
- 1 pkg of spaghetti (375g)broken into small pieces shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheese ( your choice) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot, boil the spaghetti following the instructions on the label.
- On med. high heat ,in a frying pan , add and saute onion diced up and garlic. While you shred the carrot and celery. Add veggies to the onion on the frying pan and saute till the carrots are soft. Salt & pepper to taste all the veggies.
- Butter a large casserole dish and put drained spaghetti and diced meat. Fold in fried veggies.
- In the frying pan that was used for veggies now pour out the 2 cans of soup and milk. Heat it up to make it all smooth. Then pour it out on top of the noodle mixture and mix.
- Sprinkle cheese all over and bake it at 350F for 45min or till all the cheese is melted .
