Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces rum
  • Two splashes Cointreau
  • Tangerine juice
  • Addition Club Soda

Directions
  1. Fill a tumbler with ice and add rum and Cointreau.
  2. Add tangerine juice to fill glass.
  3. Serves 1.
  4. Source: Janet K. Keeler, St. Petersburg Times
  5. Janet, our food editor, attributes this drink to Gale Gand.
  6. **After taste testing, we decided a splash of chilled sparkling water or club soda lightened the drink to no ill effect.** Tangerine juice, rum alone is a trifle filling. It was more refreshing with fizz.
