Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green beans shopping list
- 1 large white onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced bacon shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 hardboiled eggs chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoons horseradish shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cook fresh green beans with 1 large onion and diced bacon in a little water until tender.
- Drain well then combine remaining ingredients and toss with hot beans and bake until bubbly.
