How to make it

  • Boil artichokes in water with tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • In the mean time, in a food processor, add spinach and tablespoon of lemon juice and pinch of salt, diced mango and pulse to combine.
  • Remove artichoke from boiling water and dice; add to processor with cream cheese and pulse to combine.
  • Serve with pita chips or crusty bread.
