Spinach Artichoke Dip with Mango

- One 8 oz. package of organic cream cheese shopping list
- Two large globe artichokes leaves removed shopping list
- Three ounces of baby spinach shopping list
- One ripe mango peeled and diced shopping list
- Two tablespoons lemon juice divided shopping list
- A pinch of salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil artichokes in water with tablespoon of lemon juice.
- In the mean time, in a food processor, add spinach and tablespoon of lemon juice and pinch of salt, diced mango and pulse to combine.
- Remove artichoke from boiling water and dice; add to processor with cream cheese and pulse to combine.
- Serve with pita chips or crusty bread.
