How to make it
- Boil artichokes in water with tablespoon of lemon juice.
- In the mean time, in a food processor, add spinach and tablespoon of lemon juice and pinch of salt, diced mango and pulse to combine.
- Remove artichoke from boiling water and dice; add to processor with cream cheese and pulse to combine.
- Serve with pita chips or crusty bread.
