This is an easy pasta salad, it is lowfat but it doesn't taste it. Perfect for summer BBQs because there is no mayo involved.

Ingredients
  • 1 box of tri color spiral pasta
  • 1 bottle of ken's light ceasar dressing
  • 1 zuchini-chopped
  • 1 summer squash-chopped
  • 1 broccoli crown-chopped
  • 1 red pepper- diced

Directions
  1. let the oil seperate from the seasonings in the bottle of dressing.
  2. carefully drain out the oil and discard.
  3. boil pasta according to directions, in the last two minutes before the pasta is done add in your veggies.
  4. drain pasta and veggies ( I usually run cold water over the strainer to cool down)
  5. add the ken's ceasar dressing minus the oil and mix well.
  6. If you don't mind a little fat you can use the whole bottle. also add in more or less vegtables to your taste.
