Rosemary-Apple Pie Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 180c ( 350F )
  • Place peeled sliced apples in lemon juice and set aside
  • Beat eggs and sugar till frothy
  • Combine dry ingredients with egg mixture and gently combine in the melted butter
  • Mix all together and place in a greased 24 cm baking pan
  • Evenly distribute on the apples
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes
  • Near the end of the baking time combine 2 Tbs water, 1 Tbs sugar and 1 Tbs chopped rosemary, bring to a boil and cook till syrupy
  • Pour over cake
  • Bake an additional 10 minutes
  • Serve warm or room temp
