Lebanese Shrimp Skewer

- 40 shrimp, large, raw, peeled and de-veined, tails removed shopping list
- 1 T dill, fresh, minced shopping list
- 1 T ground yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil, good quality!!! shopping list
- 1 small shallot shopping list
- 1 t kosher salt shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon, with a quarter of the zest shopping list
How to make it
- Wisk all ingredients together.
- Skewer the shrimp one per skewer, as straight as the shrimp can be.
- Marinate shrimp for up to 1 hour.
- Grill shrimp on medium heat, approximately 3-5 minutes depending on grill.
- Enjoy.
