If you would like to know what Vegemite is, it is a sandwich spread made from brewer's yeast (which is very high in B vitamins). Vegemite was developed by an Australian in the early 1920s to compete with Marmite, a British-made product.

  • 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary

Directions
  1. This recipe is best used on steaks you wish to grill and there should be enough here for 6.
