How to make it

  • 1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl
  • 2. Add 2 cups oil to wok
  • 3. Set to medium heat and proceed to step 4 after oil is ready for frying
  • 4. Using a long spoon put 1 tbsp of the vegetable mixture into the oil to fry; turning frequently
  • Note: Depending on the size of your wok, 10-12 Pakoras can be fried at the same time
  • 5. Fry till golden brown.
  • 6. Serve hot with mint/ coriander chutney or ketchup.
