Memphis Style Cole Slaw

- 1 head cabbage ; shredded shopping list
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper ; cored, seeded and finely diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onions ; grated shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons celery seed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion in bowl. In another bowl mix all ingredients.
- Pour over the vegetables and toss well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to meld the flavors.
