How to make it

  • Heat a small skillet and add the oil. Stir-fry the garlic until golden brown ( removed some for garnish) add celery , celanto and pork ribs cook it about 10 min. add water to the pork ribs. Cover and simmer for 30 mintues or until pork are tender. Mix in the Chinese mustard pickle pieces or any vegie, the fish sauce, tofu and the pepper, cook about 10 minutes more. Remove to a serving bowl and top with the fried garlic and celanto.

    Watson ......I just caught a mess of catfish this you replace the pork ribs with the fish or just add the fish??
