Ingredients

1 large scoop vanilla ice cream

1 Tbs (15 ml) Scotch whisky

1/2 tsp (2 ml) extremely finely ground espresso coffee beans( could also be instanf coffee powder )

Directions

Place the ice cream in a serving bowl, pour the Scotch whisky over it, and sprinkle with the coffee.

Makes one serving

Multiply recipe as needed
