Quick And Easy Bean Dip Recipe

Easy and delicious bean and cheese dip.

Ingredients
- 1/4c margarine spread(I use Shedd's Country Crock)
- 1 can pinto,black or red kidney beans(16oz)
- 2Tbs lime juice
- 1/4tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp chipollte pepper sauce(more or less to taste)
- 1/2c shredded cheddar cheese(about 2 oz.)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave covered at high for 2 mins,stirring once halfway through. Mash with fork,then stir in cheese. Microwave additional 30 seconds or till cheese is melted. Garnish,if desired with additional cheese,sour cream and/or salsa and serve with chips.
