Delicious Asian cabbage slaw. Great for picnics as there is no mayonnaise. From Everyday Foods.

Ingredients
- 2Tbs fresh lime juice
- 2Tbs rice vinegar
- 1Tbs vegetable oil
- 2tsp sugar
- salt
- 1/2 small head savoy or green cabbage,shredded
- 1c fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 scallions,cut in matchsticks
- 1 carrot,grated
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper,minced
Directions
- In a large bowl,combine all ingredients through the salt and whisk. To the dressing add the rest of the ingredients and toss.

Love slaw recipes like this! So good on a grilled chix sand (grilled chix teriyaki) like you would with traditional slaw and pulled pork....good stuff!
