Asian Cabbage Slaw

Delicious Asian cabbage slaw. Great for picnics as there is no mayonnaise. From Everyday Foods.
Ingredients
- 2Tbs fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2Tbs rice vinegar shopping list
- 1Tbs vegetable oil shopping list
- 2tsp sugar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1/2 small head savoy or green cabbage,shredded shopping list
- 1c fresh cilantro leaves shopping list
- 4 scallions,cut in matchsticks shopping list
- 1 carrot,grated shopping list
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper,minced shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl,combine all ingredients through the salt and whisk. To the dressing add the rest of the ingredients and toss.

love slaw recipes like this! So good on a grilled chix sand (grilled chix teriyaki) like you would with traditional slaw and pulled pork....good stuff!
