This is an excellent marinade for steak done on the grill.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
  • 1/2 C. salad oil
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1 T. A-1 sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Directions
  1. Mix sauce and let stand at room temp. 3-4 hours. Pour over steak and let stand 5-6 hours. Remove from sauce and broil/grill 5 minutes on each side. Slice on diagonal very thin.
