Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 Beef Bouillon
  • 1 Tble spoon minced onion
  • 1 Tble Water
  • 1 Tbl Lee and Perins
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peper
  • 4 Slices swiss cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in with hamburger, (leaving the swiss cheese off till the hambergers are cooked)
  2. Divide meat into 4 equal sections, make into a tight ball and flatten out, working the outside of the burger and keeping the patty tight.
  3. Grill for 5 minutes per side without smashing!
  4. After 10 minutes on the grill, flip burgers, turn off grill and add cheese.
  5. Plate all your other food and then place burgers on plate.
  6. This burger wins the prize without a bun.
  7. Serve with cottage cheese and if you are a lover of A-1 you found your match!
