How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in with hamburger, (leaving the swiss cheese off till the hambergers are cooked)
  • Divide meat into 4 equal sections, make into a tight ball and flatten out, working the outside of the burger and keeping the patty tight.
  • Grill for 5 minutes per side without smashing!
  • After 10 minutes on the grill, flip burgers, turn off grill and add cheese.
  • Plate all your other food and then place burgers on plate.
  • This burger wins the prize without a bun.
  • Serve with cottage cheese and if you are a lover of A-1 you found your match!
