This a fast and easy recipe to make. I make the night before and let set in fridge overnight.

Ingredients
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • Lemon slices, to garnish, if desired

Directions
  1. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice with mixer until smooth.
  2. Slowly fold in 1/2 of the container of Cool Whip.
  3. Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices.
  6. Chill until set. About 3 hours.
