Tomato Basil Pizza

TOMATO BASIL PIZZA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Moody Estate in Forney, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients
- 1 ready made pizza crust shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tomatoes sliced thin shopping list
- 1 red onion sliced thin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh basil crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Oil crust and place all remaining ingredients on top of pizza then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
