Swiss Cheese And Dill Omelet Recipe
SWISS CHEESE AND DILL OMELET This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the May Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill

Directions
  1. In small bowl mix eggs and milk.
  2. In medium nonstick skillet heat butter over medium heat.
  3. Pour in egg mixture and using spatula push cooked egg from edge into the center tilting pan.
  4. When top is still a little moist sprinkle cheese and dill over top.
  5. When eggs are set fold omelet in half and slide onto serving platter and serve immediately.
