Apple Fritters

Try serving with caramel dip for a twist. The kids will love it.
Ingredients
- 3 apples (your favorite) shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tsps. baking powder shopping list
- 2 tbsps. sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten well shopping list
- confectioners sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Pare and core apples. Cut into sections.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Blend in milk and egg. Mixing well.
- Dip each apple section into batter. Fry in deep, hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Dust with confectioners sugar while still hot.
