How to make it

  • Soak 8 large wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Combine paprika, garlic, lemon rind and juice, oil and parsley in a flat dish.
  • Alternating, thread 4 prawns and 3 chorizo slices onto each skewer. Coat in marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • BBQ for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked.
  • Season and serve with lemon wedges.
