Spanish-style prawns and chorizo skewers

- 1 tsp mild paprika shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2 tsps finely grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbsps olive oil shopping list
- 2 tsps chopped flat leaf parsley shopping list
- 32 raw banana prawns, peeled with tail on deveined shopping list
- 2 chorizo sausages, ends removed, each sliced into 12 (5-10mm thick) shopping list
- lemon wedges, to serve shopping list
How to make it
- Soak 8 large wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Combine paprika, garlic, lemon rind and juice, oil and parsley in a flat dish.
- Alternating, thread 4 prawns and 3 chorizo slices onto each skewer. Coat in marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- BBQ for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked.
- Season and serve with lemon wedges.
