Ingredients

9" pie shell, homemade or store bought

1-20 oz brownie mix

1/2 cup water

1 egg

2/3 cup chopped nuts, optional. Lightly toast them if you want

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine brownie mix, water, and egg and beat until smooth. Fold in nuts, if using. Pour mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and brown. Cool for a few minutes, but it's best when eaten warm!
