Pollys Broccoli Bock Choy Mandarin Orange Stir Fry
From pollymotzko 14 years agoIngredients
- 1 bag of Trader Joe’s Stir Fry Mix shopping list
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1 can no-sugar mandarin oranges shopping list
- About ½ cup sliced almonds shopping list
How to make it
- In a large wok or wok pan stir fry the vegetables until more cooked and then turn off the flame on the range and add the Hoisin Sauce. Stir and keep stirring and add the mandarin oranges very gently and stir til combined. Then gently add the sliced almonds.
- This makes enough for more than 1 person so you can make it up in the morning like I do and then it is done for lunch. This way, I tend to eat what I have made up in advance. When I made this I didn’t add any oil in my nonstick pan and the veggies kinda’ steamed almost, then I added a little drizzle of canola oil to the hot wok/pan and cooked an additional few minutes.
- This dish is very easy and very healthy!! You can vary the dish by adding cooked shrimp or chicken or whatever kind of meat you like.
- Let me know what you add to your version and I’ll add it to my cook book that I’m writing. Bon Appetit’!
