Ingredients
  • 4-Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ -Cup of Olive oil
  • ¼ -Cup of Soy sauce
  • ¾ Cup of White vinegar
  • ½-Cup of Orange juice
  • 1-Cup of Lime juice
  • 1-tablespoon of Jamaican All spice
  • 1-tablespoon of thyme
  • 2-tablespoons of Garlic powder
  • 1-tablespoon of sugar
  • 2-tablespoos of ginger
  • 1-teaspoon of cayenne pepper (ground)
  • 1- teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1- teaspoon of sage (ground)
  • 1- teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1- minced onion
  • 2- Habanero peppers FINELY chopped (Make sure they are FINELY CHOPPED)

Directions
  1. Combine all the liquid ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir together well.
  2. Now add, (into the liquid you just made) all the spices.
  3. Marinade the chicken breasts in the mixture for 4 hours. ( Longer for more flavor. )
  4. Drain chicken, reserving marinade, as this can be used to baste on the chicken while you grill.
  5. Now...
  6. Place the chicken on the grill directly over *medium* coals. brushing occasionally with marinade, if desired.
  7. Grill until no pink remains and the juices run "clear".
