Jamaican Jerk Chicken

- 4-chicken breasts shopping list
- ¼ -Cup of olive oil shopping list
- ¼ -Cup of soy sauce shopping list
- ¾ Cup of white vinegar shopping list
- ½-Cup of orange juice shopping list
- 1-Cup of lime juice shopping list
- 1-tablespoon of Jamaican All spice shopping list
- 1-tablespoon of thyme shopping list
- 2-tablespoons of garlic powder shopping list
- 1-tablespoon of sugar shopping list
- 2-tablespoos of ginger shopping list
- 1-teaspoon of cayenne pepper (ground) shopping list
- 1- teaspoon of nutmeg shopping list
- 1- teaspoon of sage (ground) shopping list
- 1- teaspoon of cinnamon shopping list
- 1- minced onion shopping list
- 2- habanero peppers FINELY chopped (Make sure they are FINELY CHOPPED) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the liquid ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir together well.
- Now add, (into the liquid you just made) all the spices.
- Marinade the chicken breasts in the mixture for 4 hours. ( Longer for more flavor. )
- Drain chicken, reserving marinade, as this can be used to baste on the chicken while you grill.
- Now...
- Place the chicken on the grill directly over *medium* coals. brushing occasionally with marinade, if desired.
- Grill until no pink remains and the juices run "clear".
