Trail Mix Breakfast Bars Recipe

Trail Mix Breakfast Bars Recipe
Don't be afraid to play around with this a little bit. You can substitute with M &Ms or chocolate coated raisins or chocolate coated nuts. I like banana chips and dried mango also.

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with foil and coat lightly with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Beat cake mix, oats butter, eggs and brown sugar in electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Batter will be stiff. Stir in trail mix or whatever you decide to use here.
