How to make it

  • Combine ground sirloin, green onions, egg, balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper, mix until just combined. Set aside. Prepare BBQ over medium-high heat. Shape burger into 4 equal patties and indent the middle of each patty. Place 2 tablespoons of the gorganzola cheese in the divet of 2 of the patties. Place 2 patties together and seal the edges. Grill until desired color. Meanwhile, combine hot sauce and butter in a small bowl and spread on the top part of the split buns. Place buns, butter-side down on grill the last 2-3 minutes of grilling time. Put burger on bottom bun, top with a slice of Walla Walla sweet onion and a leaf of butter lettuce.
