How to make it

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend for a few seconds; add oil gradually and continue to blend until thick and smooth.
  • Add parsley, horseradish and garlic and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with smoked fish.
  • This will make approximately 2 1/4 cups of sauce.
