This goes well with almost anything you put it on.....really good with smoked fish

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend for a few seconds; add oil gradually and continue to blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Add parsley, horseradish and garlic and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve with smoked fish.
  5. This will make approximately 2 1/4 cups of sauce.
