A Mediterranean sauce made with yogurt and cucumbers. Can spread on kabobs or falafels, or as a dip with naan, flatbread or cucumber slices

Ingredients
  • 1 cup yogurt (8oz)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 diced cucumber (seedless)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1/2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 ground pepper
  • salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix it up.
