Tzatziki Sauce

A Mediterranean sauce made with yogurt and cucumbers. Can spread on kabobs or falafels, or as a dip with naan, flatbread or cucumber slices
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt (8oz) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 diced cucumber (seedless) shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon chopped mint shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/8 ground pepper shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix it up.
