Cheesey Potato Crinkles

- 11/2 lbs Idaho/russet potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 c butter,melted shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 1/2 c chredded parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat broiler or grill. Using crinkle cutter,cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices. In saucepot over high heat,bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil. Cook 8 mins. or until tender.
- Remove potatoes;place in ice bath for 5 mins. Drain and pat dry.
- In bowl,combine potatoes,butter,rosemary and chives;toss well.
- Season potatoes with salt,if desired;arrange in single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil or Grill 2 mins;turning once.
