I I love great guacamole with a good zing. The blender makes this so easy.

Ingredients
  • 8 medium hass avocados
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions
  1. Scoop out the fruit of the avocado into the blender with the juice of two limes, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. Chop up tomatoes and onion and fold in.
  4. Serve with whatever you want. I like them with my Cooler Ranch Doritos.
