Gouda Cheese Logs

- 1 tub (8 ounces) soft cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups shredded Gouda or colby cheese (8 ounces) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- Assorted crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese and Gouda cheese until blended. Stir in chives, tomatoes and garlic powder.
- Shape mixture into 2 small logs or 1 large ball.
- Roll in parsley
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm
- Serve with crackers.

- Roll the cheese logs in 3/4 cup chopped pecans instead of the parsley
