Tabbouleh Salad

- 1 cup bulgar shopping list
- 1-2/3 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin oliveoil shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh mint, thinly sliced shopping list
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 english cucumber, peeled and diced in 1/2" cubes shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water and pour over bulgar in salad bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let set for 1 hour. Combine olive oil, lemon juice until emulsified. Pour over bulgar. Add green onions, parsely, mint, tomatoes and cucumber. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled.
