How to make it

  • Boil water and pour over bulgar in salad bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let set for 1 hour. Combine olive oil, lemon juice until emulsified. Pour over bulgar. Add green onions, parsely, mint, tomatoes and cucumber. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled.
