Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat fish dry. Finely grind 3/4 cup nuts in food processor, add olive oil and thyme and combine. Spread nut mixture over the top of filets.
  • Place filets in a broiler-safe baking dish and bake, uncovered, 10-12 minutes, or until centers are cooked through. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the remaining nuts. Remove fish from oven and turn on broiler. Top fish with coarse chopped nuts and place under broiler to brown, about 1 minute, watch carefully. Serve with lemon wedges.

That sounds like what we used to get at a favorite local restaurant - delicious fish dish! Thanks for sharing it...I will give it a try.

Sounds great, might work with tilapia too! Men are such babies when it comes to white fish, it seems! :0 ;')
