Green Goddess Dressing

- 1/2 ripe medium avocado(about 7oz) shopping list
- 3 Tbs white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 garlic clove,fine chop shopping list
- 1 oil packed anchovy,very fine chop shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh lime jice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp sugar shopping list
- 3/4 c olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 3 Tbs chopped fresh Italian parsley shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh tarragon shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 small shallot,fine chop(about 1 Tbs) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend first 7 ingredients in processor until coarse puree forms. With machine running,gradually add oil through feed tube;blend well.
- Transfer mixture to bowl;whisk in cream. Add parsley,tarragon,cilantro,basil and shallot;whisk to combine. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.. Cover and chill at least 3 hours(will seperate if not chilled). Let stand at room temp. 20 mins and re-whisk before serving. Can be made 1 day ahead.Keep chilled.
