I have a friend that makes this sauce quite often, and we love it - especially with pork chops or loin! Not sure where she got the recipe, but, it's always a hit!

Ingredients
- Mix together in stovetop pot
- 1 quart apple butter
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard (mix to a paste with
- 1 tablespoon apple juice before adding)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Simmer 30 minutes to an hour and adjust sweet/tart taste according to preference.
