Low Carb Hot Cocoa Recipe
Made this for a diabetic, low carb diet relative. The possibilities are endless. since there are a variety of sugar free syrups one can use in the cocoa

Ingredients
  • 2 heaped Tbs of Hershey's Special Blend Dark Cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs sugar free hazelnut or vanilla syrup or as desired
  • 1 to 2 Tbs cream
  • optional: whipped cream

Directions
  1. Place cocoa in a mug.
  2. Pour on boiling water ( about 8 oz ) and stir to dissolve cocoa
  3. Add the sugar free syrup to taste and stir in the cream
  4. The cocoa will still appear dark.
  5. If desired add a spritz of whipped cream
