Banana Split Cheesecake

- Crust shopping list
- 3 cups vanilla wafers, crushed shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 8 teaspoons butter, softened shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 4 (medium to large) bananas, mashed shopping list
- GARNISHES shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- chocolate sauce shopping list
- Chopped peanuts shopping list
- cherries shopping list
- pineapple shopping list
How to make it
- CRUST
- Process crust ingredients and pat into bottom of and 3/4 up side of a 10-inch springform pan.
- Line outside of pan with foil (shiny side facing out).
- FILLING
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice, mixing all three together well.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Stir in sour cream and bananas.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pour filling into prepared crust, bake about 1 hour until light brown on top.
- Cool completely at room temperature. Chill about 24 hours before serving.
- Garnish with:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Chopped peanuts
- Cherries
- Pineapple

Ooooh I just bought some bananas too. Except I don't own a spring form pan, you think it would matter if I just used a 9" glass pie dish? Might not be as pretty, but I don't think it will be around long enough to worry about! ;')
