Mozzerella Roasted Red Peppers And Basil Salsa Recipe
Unique twist on salsa! I love it with garlic roasted triscuits, or on baugette style bread under the broiler...mmmmm!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, diced into ΒΌ" cubes
  • 1 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1 green onions cut diagonally into thin slices
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Baguette Style Bread, Pita Chips, Bagel Chips or Triscuits

Directions
  1. Combine Mozzarella cheese, red peppers, green onion, fresh basil, and olive oil in medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Season salsa with black pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Serve with Pita Chips, Bagel Chips or Triscuits
  5. OR
  6. Spoon salsa on baguette-style bread.
  7. Broil until cheese begins to melt and edges of bread begin to brown.
