Beef Steaks With Yogurt

- 1 pound cube steak pounded thin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 medium pears peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 8 ounces plain yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Rub steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil and cook steak 2 minutes on each side then place in an ovenproof casserole.
- Add cored sliced pears then blend evaporated milk and yogurt together and spread over pears.
- Place in preheated 325 oven and cook 30 minutes.
