BEEF THIT NUONG CHA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stinson Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992.

The Beef Thit Nuong Cha is so interesting with the fish sauce and coriander... I'll have to screw up enough courage to spring it on my wife. Of course the problem is that she doesn't like fish sauce and can't stand coriander. So you can see why I might hesitate. But try I will!

Thanks great family recipe high5
