How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300 then combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Wet hands and roll meat mixture into 1” balls and place on square baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes then garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm.

    The Beef Thit Nuong Cha is so interesting with the fish sauce and coriander... I'll have to screw up enough courage to spring it on my wife. Of course the problem is that she doesn't like fish sauce and can't stand coriander. So you can see why I might hesitate. But try I will!
