Crab Louie Appetizers

- 32 wonton wrappers shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 pound crabmeat or imitation crab, flaked shopping list
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tablespoons seafood cocktail sauce shopping list
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- grated zest of one lemon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
- salt and ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut wonton wrappers using a 2 1/2 to 3 inch round cookie cutter.
- Press into miniature muffin tins.
- Brush with oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Remove from tins and cool.
- In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into cooled wonton cups.
