How to make it

  • Wash peppers,remove seeds
  • In skillet,cook sausage over med. heat until no longer pink;drain. Stuff peppers with sausage and wrap with bacon;secure with toothpick
  • Grill peppers,uncovered,over med. heat for about 15 mins or till tender and baconcrisp,turning frequently.
