Venison Burger Casserole

This is a very good casserole to make ahead and freeze. It is a great one dish meal but tastes great with a salad and a veggie and a hot roll or two.

1Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Bring a large pot of Salted water to boil. Cook noodles as directed.
Drain them.
Brown meat with onion in a heavy pan. Drain the meat.
Add the tomato soup, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of garlic powder to meat and stir all together.
Mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup and 1 tsp garlic powder (can add salt and pepper to taste) to the drained noodles.
Mix well.
Put a layer of noodle mixture in the prepared 9x13 pan.
Top with a layer of meat mixture.
Cover with a layer of deluxe american cheese slices and repeat with remaining ingredients ending with cheese on the top.
Cook 10-15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees or untill bubbly.
Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream. (optional)
