Venison Burger Casserole Recipe
This is a very good casserole to make ahead and freeze. It is a great one dish meal but tastes great with a salad and a veggie and a hot roll or two.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Venison Burger
  • 1 12-16 oz package egg noodles
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomaote soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large package Deluxe american cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (or more to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder (divided)
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
  1. 1Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  3. Bring a large pot of Salted water to boil. Cook noodles as directed.
  4. Drain them.
  5. Brown meat with onion in a heavy pan. Drain the meat.
  6. Add the tomato soup, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of garlic powder to meat and stir all together.
  7. Mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup and 1 tsp garlic powder (can add salt and pepper to taste) to the drained noodles.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Put a layer of noodle mixture in the prepared 9x13 pan.
  10. Top with a layer of meat mixture.
  11. Cover with a layer of deluxe american cheese slices and repeat with remaining ingredients ending with cheese on the top.
  12. Cook 10-15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees or untill bubbly.
  13. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream. (optional)
