Candied Ginger Fruit Salad

- 2 plums shopping list
- 1 large mango shopping list
- 2 pears shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, no sugar on the outside shopping list
- 1 peach shopping list
- 1 nectarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts shopping list
- 3 Tbs crystalized ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- juice of 1/2 a lime shopping list
- honey to tatse shopping list
How to make it
- Cut all fruit into bite sized pieces.
- Mix everything in a large bowl and refigerate for an hour before serving to allow the ginger flavor to soak into everything.
