Candied Ginger Fruit Salad Recipe
A new spin on an old classic - fruit salad. By adding in some new flavors, this traditonal favorite become bold and exciting! This is fantastic with a curry chicken salad.

Ingredients
  • 2 plums
  • 1 large mango
  • 2 pears
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, no sugar on the outside
  • 1 peach
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbs crystalized ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • honey to tatse

Directions
  1. Cut all fruit into bite sized pieces.
  2. Mix everything in a large bowl and refigerate for an hour before serving to allow the ginger flavor to soak into everything.
