Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh mint

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

2 tablespoon minced white onion

2 fresh jalapeno peppers

2 diced plum tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Blend mint, parsley, cilantro, onions and peppers in blender then add yogurt and stir well.

Add cumin, salt and diced tomatoes and mix well then refrigerate one hour before serving.
