SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY CAKE DATED 1972 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Duncan Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1990.
Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix with pudding shopping list
- 1 can blueberry pie filling shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients with fork scraping corners frequently until moistened.
- Stir batter vigorously with fork then spread batter evenly in lightly greased rectangular cake pan.
- Bake 45 minutes.

I read the recipe this morning, then went out and got the stuff to make it. What an AWESOME cake! I am frosting it with a white buttercream.
